About Us
Shahram Iranzad started Building custom homes in 1983. Over the years, we have completed over 150 projects. These projects have been featured in Raleigh North Carolina, Washington DC, and Vancouver Metro BC.
Ultimately our goal is to create high quality homes, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of construction management services - from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.
